Once purchased, how long does it take you to ship an item?
We always aim at dispatching your order as quickly as possible.
Most orders are made to order which means that we have an average dispatching time frame of 1 week on most orders however we do have a limited quantity of ready to ship items. If you need your order quickly, please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know what we can do.
What material do you use?
All of our jewellery are handmade in our studio in Berrina, Southern Highlands on NSW.
We use recycled sterling silver for all of our silversmithed pieces (all pieces except chains and findings) and high quality gold filled and sterling silver for our chains and findings.
Can I shower with gold filled jewellery?
YES! Gold filled is waterproof and won't fade off like gold plated jewellery, but you do have to treat it with proper care and clean it regularly.

Can I shower with gold vermeil jewellery?
Gold vermeil is a really thick layer of gold applied to the surface of our sterling silver pieces. It is very strong and will last a very long time if care properly. It's okay to get your gold vermeil pieces wet every now and then however it is best to remove it whenever you think of it.
