We always aim at dispatching your order as quickly as possible! We mostly make to order which means that we have an average dispatching of 5-7 days on most orders.
However we do have a limited quantity of ready to ship items. If you need your order quickly, please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know what we can do.

If you need your jewellery to arrive in time for a special event and under our 1 week usual delivery time, please email us prior to placing your order so we can let you know if that is something we can accommodate. We usually have some ready to ship pieces.

We use recycled sterling silver (except chains and findings - not recycled, regular sterling silver).

Our handcrafted golden pieces are achieved by coating the sterling silver pieces in a high quality and very thick (2.5 microns - usually 0.5 for traditional gold plating) layer of 14ct solid gold. This process is done in-house in our studio.
We use gold filled chains and findings.

Gold vermeil is a really thick layer of gold applied to the surface of our sterling silver pieces. It is very strong and will last a very long time if care properly.
It's okay to get your gold vermeil pieces wet every now and then however it is best to remove it whenever you think of it.
