Please note : The ball head pin which the pearl sits on has been replaced by a flat head pin. It looks the same except that the head of the pin is flat rather than round.

« Amour Toujours » is a piece to celebrates the bond of family love and togetherness.

Its pendant has been meticulously handcrafted using the ancient lost wax technique, creating a textured surface from linen that symbolises the nurturing embrace of family.

Wear the initials of your loved ones with you everyday, Amour Toujours can be personalised with the initials of your choice.

Note for personalisation : Please specify if you would prefer 'A&C' or 'A C' - We usually stamp single letters off center, please let us know in the note if you would like your letter more in the middle of the pendant

Once purchased, how long does it take you to ship an item?

We always aim at dispatching your order as quickly as possible! We mostly make to order which means that we have an average dispatching time frame of 1-2 weeks on most orders.

However we do have a limited quantity of ready to ship items. If you need your order quickly, please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know what we can do.

I need my jewellery quick ! Can you help?

If you need your jewellery to arrive in time for a special event and under our 2 weeks usual delivery time, please email us prior to placing your order so we can let you know if that is something we can accommodate. We usually have some ready to ship pieces.

What material do you use?

All of our jewellery are handmade in our home studio on the East Coast of Tasmania. We use recycled sterling silver for all of our pieces (except chains and findings - not recycled, regular sterling silver).

What about your gold pieces?

Our handcrafted golden pieces are achieved by coating the sterling silver pieces in a high quality and very thick (2.5 microns - usually 0.5 for traditional gold plating) layer of 14ct solid gold. This process is done in-house in our studio.

We use gold filled chains and findings.

If you would like any pieces made for you in solid gold, get in touch.

Can I shower with gold vermeil jewellery?

Gold vermeil is a really thick layer of gold applied to the surface of our sterling silver pieces. It is very strong and will last a very long time if care properly.

It's okay to get your gold vermeil pieces wet every now and then however it is best to remove it whenever you think of it.

Do you repair?

For sure ! The life cycle of our pieces is something that we care a lot about, so if your Tiny piece is fixable (and it is 99% of cases) we will always aim at repairing it. Here is the two scenarios:

• Your jewellery broke due to reasons beyond our control (toddler yanked it, it caught on something), we will be happy to fix your jewellery at a cost (case by case basis) + reshipping fee.

• If your jewellery broke within 3 months of purchase despite you taking the best care of it, contact us and we will fix it at no extra cost.
